We had an incredible game drive led by Rihann, who had extensive knowledge of the park and the animals. The lodge itself had a beautiful colonial vibe and the owners were very welcoming. The dinner barbecue and breakfast pack were delicious. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to maintain the rooms. The location in a private park with access to monkeys and Kudu was a unique experience.
The food could be improved, especially for those who prefer medium-rare meat and more vegetable options. The entrance to Kruger National Park is a bit far, but it's a great place to stay while traveling through.

Amazing location near Kruger Park with views of the crocodile river. Friendly staff who go above and beyond. Comfortable rooms and delicious home cooked food. Regular visits from giraffes, zebras, and antelope at the lodge's watering hole. Full day game drive provided by a knowledgeable guide. Honesty bar and the option to sit by the fire after dark.
Felt very lucky, nothing to complain about.

The value for money at the lodge was excellent and the room was absolutely fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a lovely private balcony. The location was great for both relaxation and easy access to Kruger Park, and the staff at the lodge were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

It had a cozy and inviting feel, with beautifully appointed white linens and teak furniture. The four-poster queen size bed was so comfortable, and the full en-suite bathroom with bath and shower was a luxurious touch. The private balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or watch the sunset. As an adventure traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
The only thing I liked less about the room was the inter-leading door to the Double/Twin room. It made me feel a bit less privacy.

The sleeping quality at this hidden gem near the Crocodile River was mind-blowing, with spacious and clean rooms. The food was superb and creative, and the atmosphere around the firepit made us feel part of the wilderness. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay a great success, with impeccable service. Watching the animals from the pool and grounds was jaw-dropping, and the close proximity to the river ensured superb animal sightings. this was the best place to stay in South Africa and we can't wait to return for a longer stay.

The room at Mvuradona Safari Lodge was absolutely stunning. The white linens and teak furniture created a beautiful, authentic African feel. I felt like I was truly immersed in the culture and ambiance of the lodge. The four-poster queen bed was incredibly comfortable, and the full en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower was a luxurious bonus. The private balcony was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. As a family with children, we especially appreciated the inter-leading door to the Double/Twin room, making it easy to keep an eye on the little ones.
Personally, I found one feature of the lodge slightly less appealing. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in it.

The room at Mvuradona Safari Lodge was simply stunning. It had a cozy and authentic African vibe with its thatch roof and beautiful teak furniture. The white linens on the four-poster queen size bed added a touch of luxury. The en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower was spacious and the private balcony offered a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. As an adventure traveler, I absolutely loved the rustic yet comfortable atmosphere of the room.
While I loved everything about the room, I must admit that the inter-leading door to the Double/Twin room could be a bit inconvenient at times. It's just a personal preference and I understand that it could be perfect for families with children or larger groups.
